1. After confirming your order, the project is assigned to one of our Dog House Poetry writers.

2. The writer prepares a rough draft which is sent to you for approval. [Excluding our ‘Over Night Poem’ service]

3. The work-in-progress is edited and polished based on your updated request(s).

4. The finished document is sent to you for final approval.

5. After approval is received, a team of Dog House Poetry writers will review the project before it is released for delivery per your instructions.

We can usually create your custom poetry within 1-3 days depending on the length of poem that you request and the complexity of the project. Larger pieces such as speeches require more time. Please give us a due date and we will complete your project within that time frame.
Framed projects usually require 1-2 weeks for delivery, but can be processed quicker upon request.

What is the cost?

Through PayPal I accept most major credit and debit cards. I can also accept Postal money orders.

If you need your custom work right away we can do that also. Please note that this is for small letters and speeches. Again, time is important and we need as much input as possible. So please, type till your fingers are sore.

What is your refund policy?

Let me know within 24 hours if you're not satisfied with your poem and I will gladly rework the project.  I will always give my best effort to satisfy and provide you with a high quality product. We take each project seriously and apply 'the review process' for each piece which you have entrusted us with. If you are still not satisfied, on poetry only, I will return your money promptly, minus a $10.00 fee.
