Hello, my name is William Hager and I am the owner of Dog House
Poetry. When I first started
this venture I wanted to set up a site where writers could come and
earn money using their talents while providing quality
work. All of the writers on
this site came to me by way of Fanstory.com, and it is within the
pages of Fanstory that I became a better writer. I enjoy writing and find with
each sentence or poem, a challange. To me, writing is like a math
puzzle and the finished piece only comes to life only after it has
been viewed from all sides. So, if you care to
have one of us write anything for you, we here at
doghousepoetry.com, aim to please. Please, hire no other
till you check out the talent on this site.
You won't be
dissappointed. |
Great romantic poet.
If anyone was named a more appropriate name like
"jewell" few have more so than
Jewell. Indeed this prolific and profound writer/poet, is a true jewell. Being blessed with nearly as
many creative gifts as a jeweled gem has facets. All shining enchantingly
and captivatingly. One is hard
pressed to determine which of her creative
talents are more astounding than
another. Within her deeply intuitive nature, she weaves words
and visions that breathe life into the intangible, magical and
mystical. With such encompassing ardor they become subtly
discernable and euphoric. Leaving one
with the sensation of being
momentarily transported to another realm; lingering on in a subtle
afterglow. Jewell's
spiritual gifts are extraordinarily complex, yet
undeniably invigorating,
inspiring, healing and spiritually enlightening.. Some
so enveloping, giving
one the sense of her recording spiritual
insights after an invisible
commute and audience with the Divine. So entrancingly and
compelling in their tone, devotion and
affectation. When it
comes to her more worldly and romantic poetics,
Jewell is no less adept and
accomplished. Her romantic themes and imaginings, are in a class
all their own. With invitations,
suggestions, and anticipations expressed
with emotions, feelings, desires, and passions that push the
ecstasy barometer to full tilt and beyond; she has few equals.
Each phrase crafted so engrossingly, they are sheer masterpieces and
memories of electrifying artistry. As if these
talents were not plentiful enough for a mere
mortal, Jewell is also an
exceptional photographer, painter and crafts
artisan. Sings in a blissful tone
that is utterly beguiling and heart-stirring. Imagine all
this in gem who stands all of 5'4 with eyes of blue, gregarious
personality hailing from Irish/Welsh ancestry; one readily
agrees this jewell shines ever beautiful and
bright. |

Writing, to me is a Godsend in so many ways.
Writing is the ultimate way to get to know oneself through sharing inner most dreams, thoughts, realities, wishes, hopes and fantasies. This is who I am, what I do and what has made me the person that I am today.
Fanstory has opened many doors for me. Now a Professional Lyricist...My writing has been recognised internationally winning six awards to date...I am a co-author of Poetry In The Park: Volume 1 and my latest book will soon be found at www.elainecolgrave.com...
No surprises, what you see and what you read what you get...Simply

Wendyanne
Wendyanne is quite new to the world of poetry, but in a
short space of time she has made quite an impact, for example. She has won the
prize for being the number 3 poet for 2005, on Fanstory poetry site.
She is a nurse who works mainly with the elderly and terminally ill.
She is married with 2 grown up sons and is a very down-to-earth kind
of person. Her poetry is written from the heart as she holds
nothing back. Most of her poetry is rhyming as this is her preferred
style, but she occasionally strolls into the world of free verse. She
can take any subject and turn it into something beautiful
poetically. |

DesireeI have always been fascinated by what makes people happy. How
does one achieve happiness in relationships? Does one have to get
married to be a somebody? What is motivation? Why do people say do
the things they say and do? Do we know all the answers
etc...... I made it my life's
mission to do as many courses as possible and to learn form
children and older people. Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Og
Mandino, I Am, The Akchemist, Celestine Prophesies
etc..... I have written and
designed a few courses about relationships, motivation and
team building, written , many speeches for various occasions and
also presented many of them. One day when we
die, people will forget about our achievements. They will remember
how we made them feel. Words are very special, choose them wisely....

Deborah
Deborah writes poetry inspired
by nature and a heart that's lived many loves. Living in the Pacific Northwest in a beautiful forest
gives her a unique perspective on life, the world and the heart. Her
second favorite place for inspiration is the sea - her photography reflects her
poetic musings and love of all things natural. Having lived life to
the fullest gives her the tools to write about many experiences that are
universal. Through words she can express herself to offer a moment of
serenity, a whisper of hope, or an embrace of affection.
Her work is from experience that has taught her of
compassion. Appreciation for beauty in all things and that a life lived with love is the
greatest gift.
