Our lives are laced with love, delight and laughs,
but suffering keeps pace with other foot.
The paths they trace are closely mirrored graphs,
reflecting fire's blaze and chimney's soot.

The autumn leaves descend like tree-bough tears;
gray winter slowly grieves- awaiting spring,
whose blossoms bring pure joy and banish fears,
inviting every heart to soar and sing.

The backdrop built with blackness of dark night
lends highlight to the glow of moon's soft smile
amidst the silver dance of sweet starlight.
Polarity of contrasts is God's style.

Disastrous circumstances often can
reveal the highest qualities in man.

Toss my writing pad, it's worthless. This work of art is so well crafted and how your words hold the structure together just amazes me. This are the type of words that if it were I would take me a page.... Wonderful.... Again Bill

You start by corrolating Life and suffering
Then with beautiful verse in what I believe to be SONNET style- you elaborate by discribing the vastness and simplicity of the LAW of Polarity / (everything has an opposite) For we would never be able to appreciate the good without the bad...

Your flare with a phrase is indeed worth several reads.
Fires blaze and chimmney soot- Brillant...
glow of moonlights soft smile- what a delightful way to discribe that scene!

As I did re- read each time was gleened a new perspective and idea- wonderful poem!
Write ON!- Di

How in the world do you write this stuff? The 'Imagery' is at least a 16 placed on a 3d bobsled with slow-mo.

You know when I read, this it really is a challenge in slowing down. If you pass by something like this without slowing down, then you certainly are missing this movie of words. This is refined good stuff. Applause, standing it is.

You must be such a sweet being... it really is nice..... Bill
